This is one of the classiest looking cam sites I’ve seen, immediately giving off that “behind the velvet rope” feeling with its gorgeous girls and sleek, stunning layout. It’s more of a camming “experience” than anything else – one I’ve been enjoying since I signed-up a few weeks ago.

Why it’s great

I have yet to see a live feed that isn’t broadcast in HD, which when combined with their gorgeous models makes for quite the visual treat. I also like that the layout is interactive, with live chat feeds that pop-up when you roll over model thumbnails. There are also extensive photo galleries to enjoy (including nude photos), and lots of well-organized model categories to choose from so you can find any type of performer you want.

Seems like they asked all the girls to get professionally done up and present themselves in a clean “girl next door” look. I love it.

LiveJasmin also offers unique features like “Peek,” which lets you preview private shows already in progress. There’s also a “Soul Mate” chat option in which fully dressed models talk to customers about anything they want. What needs improvement

The biggest issue is they don’t post schedules, which is important if you want to know when your favorite models will be online. It also helps the performers build a fan base, so I really don’t know why they would opt not to have the schedules listed in the first place. I also don’t like the fact that model bios don’t contain real customer reviews. They do offer star ratings, but reviews are a much better way to compare models and see which ones will really give you your money’s worth.

Despite being “pretty,” the site layout isn’t very user-friendly and could also use some improvement. It takes a while to figure out how to navigate the different model categories and subcategories, which can be frustrating your first few times on the site. The ads in the layout aren’t earning me as a fan as well. It would also be helpful to have some basic info appear over each thumbnail other than just the model’s name. Providing the model’s name, age and country at first glance would give a better glimpse into who the model is and would make me more likely to click.

Another biggie is that the FAQs are really sparse and don’t explain membership types and site features at all. I’ve been on the site for a few weeks and I still don’t fully understand what all the features do. I find myself having to contact customer service any time I have a question, when I should be able to just refer to the FAQs and get on with the show. If you don’t have any problems you’ll love the site. If you do have problems then the site might not be your BFF.

The Models

The models on LiveJasmin are some of the hottest I’ve seen on any site, which can make it tough to choose just one to take private. They’re also really enthusiastic about what they do, and always put on a great show no matter how much you’re paying per-minute. I appreciate the professionally taken profile pictures and nice stylists they used. Placing your best foot forward is always the safest bet.

There are lots of different model types and categories, which is perfect if you like to try something new every now and then. I personally like to change it up often, as some days I’m in the mood for a brunette, while others I may want a blond or even a BBW. In the mood for something else? LiveJasmin offers its Premium members lots of great features such as two-way audio, and the ability to contact any model, any time. You can also take something called a “Snapshot” from any show you wish. This is a fun feature that has allowed me to amass quite a gallery of my favorite stills from shows I’ve paid for, free chats I’ve enjoyed, and other private shows I’ve taken in as a voyeur.

They also offer a “Peek” option that lets you take a 10 second look into any private show in progress for one credit. This is a great option if you’re looking to see what a certain model does during private, or if you just need a little teaser to get going. There’s no guarantee you’ll see the good stuff however, as you don’t know what point of the show you’re coming into until you get there. Sometimes you’ll come in right when things are getting good, while other times you may wander in towards the beginning or end of the show when the model is just chatting. Cost

The pricing on this site is pretty simple: buy credits to become a Premiere member, and then use them to purchase private shows and other features. The credit pricing is as follows:

• $29.99 for 31.98 credits with 2.99 bonus credits
• $69.99 for 75.98 credits with 6.99 in bonus credits
• $99.99 for 107.98 credits with 8.99 in bonus credits
• $159.99 for 169.98 credits with 10.99 in bonus credits
• 10.99 credit bonus for validating a credit card

Customer service

Customer service for this site is pretty solid, with telephone and email support available 24/7. I called the customer service number a few times and my call was always answered within a few rings. As for email support, the site says questions receive a reply within 24-48 hours, which has been pretty accurate thus far. They also offer live chat support which is my personal favorite because I just type in my question and receive an answer from a live representative within a minute or two. It is by far the fastest and most convenient option they offer.

Billing

Billing is simple and straight forward; you are billed only for the credits you purchase with no “surprise” upgrades or unexpected charges. They accept most major credit cards (except American Express), as well as the following additional payment methods: ACH – Online Checks, European Direct Debit, Online Banking, Click2Pay, Ukash, Pay by Phone, and European Bank Wire Transfer (Advanced Direct Pay).

There’s also dedicated billing support via phone and email should any issues arise. I sent them a message with a question regarding my payment method and received an answer within 12 hours, which is a great response time. Some sites won’t respond at all.

Final thoughts

Overall I enjoyed my LiveJasmin.com experience. The site itself could use a few improvements, but the models were great and I really enjoyed the shows. It’s always about the models. Extra features like “Snapshot” and “Peek” make the site even more fun to use. Who doesn’t need to drive the car before you buy it.
